Customer Question

I have this Haier HPM09XC5. Placed about 4 feet off the ground on a half wall. No water is draining from the tube in back. Why? It's been running all day. Very humid here in OH

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! The water is used to assist with the cooling of the condenser. It is intentionally splashed onto the coil when running and simply evaporates. If it is cooling well, there is no issue with it.
