I have a 665 177 2k600 lights on...tried a known circuit and thermal fuse ...still nothing,,,120 volts at ac plug..?????

To be clear, are you saying that you replaced the thermal fuse? The one clipped onto the control board itself inside the door?

OK if the thermal fuse has been replaced and you're sure the dishwasher is getting 120 volts to the junction box below the dishwasher where the power cord connects to the dishwasher itself, you just have a failed control board. The control board itself will need to be replaced I'm sorry to say.
