I have a Bosch 16 - Water Wizard - Instant External Water Heater.

Customer Question

I have a Bosch 16 - Water Wizard - Instant External Water Heater.
Serial No:- TF 400 - 1BNG. It is over ten (10) Years old and has not been serviced
since we had it installed - with no problems whatever.
The unit will not ignite. I have replaced the two Batteries. Initially, I got constant Ignition, the Pilot Electronic Igniter was clicking in about every 30 seconds or so. When internal (Hot) water was turned on the unit ignited and produced HOT WATER! When hot water was turned off, the burner went out but the Elctronic Iigniter mechanism kept repeatedly re-igniting the Pilot, when no hot water was turned on!
Since then, however I adjust the controls - NO IGNITION! What do I do now?
Your comments will be most greatfully received.
Thanks and regards,

Thanks for counting on us to help with your appliance problem. My name is ***** ***** I look forward to helping you! I suspect you have an electronic control that has failed and will need to be replaced. Do you have the complete model (E number) from the tag on the unit?
