Customer Question

ge refrig ice maker no power light;doesnt let water in

Power to the icemaker comes directly from a power wire which is spliced into the power cord on your refrigerator itself. If the icemaker's green light doesn't even come on, then it will never cycle and call for water. Unfortunately that means you'll just need to order and replace the icemaker itself which is usually about $100 or so depending on your exact model number.
