Customer Question

After boiling water on the stove, the microwave stoped working.

The steam or heat from the oven likely shorted out the microwave. Be sure in the future that when you have anything boiling or cooking on high heat to have the vent fan on high for the microwave. Either way, for now just unplug the unit for 24 hours and let the moisture dry out. Plug the unit back in and if the unit doesn't turn on in 24 hours then you have a shorted control board and the control board would need to be replaced.
