I have a General Electric JM76*01 stove. I found a loose wire

Customer Question

I have a General Electric JM76*01 stove. I found a loose wire behind my timer. It comes from one side of my plug. I need to know where it needs to be connected to. Also I would like a wiring schematic for my stove. Please reply to ***@******.***

Thanks for your question.
Can you upload a picture of what you are seeing?

the wire goes from the receptacle over toward the timer. The red wire from the recepticle is hooked to an insulator and then continues to the terminal block. The red wire hooks to the left stud on the terminal block. It is the other wire from the receptacle that is broken and laid on the insulation behind the timer and terminal block. I don't find any empty wire ends that it could have been connected to.

This would be really hard to say without seeing it.
