Hi, several things could cause this issue. A dirty condenser or faulty condenser fan motor. Slide the refrigerator forward and remove the lower back panel. Inside is a fan and the coils. If the compressor is running, the fan next to it should be running. If the fan is not running, it will need to be replaced. If it is running, clean the coils really good. If both of those check good, you could have a defrost issue or a freon leak. You need to take the back panel out of the freezer section. The evaporator is behind the panel. If you have no frost on of the evaporator, you have a freon leak. If you have heavy frost, you have a defrost issue. No frost you will need to call for service you need special tools and license to fix a freon leak. For a defrost issue you need a multimeter and to know how to use it. You will need to test the defrost heater and thermostat on the evaporator for continuity..
