HI, did this happen when the microwave was in use?
Have you checked the electrical outlet for proper voltage?

It was not in use. I was trying and no power. I did check the outlet and it works.

The outlet works not the microwave

There is an internal fuse . It is located inside the control panel area. Unplug it , then remove the grille across the top - screws on the top hold it . Slide the grille slightly right and remove it , then remove the screw at the top of the control panel. The panel lifts up and off and hangs at a 45 degree angle . Now look for the fuse, normally up inside the cavity , white fuse about one inch long that snaps into a holder , 15 amp fuse.
