Thank you. The first thing you want to check is the temp. Place a thermostat inside the freezer. Make sure the temp in the freezer is between 0-10F. Next slide the refrigerator forward and remove the lower back panel. You'll see a fan running on the side of the compressor. Make sure that fan is running. You will also see the black condenser coils. Clean the coils really good with a brush and vacuum. Once clean recheck the temps after 24hr. If the temps are good, the ice maker is going to be the culprit. The thermostat inside the ice maker is bad. It's not cycling the ice maker when it should be. This ice maker should harvest a batch of ice every 2-3 hours. So it could take two days to fill the bucket. If you end up needing the ice maker, you can get it locally or by clicking here We work on the honor system here at Just Answers. Were not credited for our work until you rate our answers positively.
