where is the thermostat located?

Also, even when I turn the knob all the way down to off, it still runs. I have to unplug to get it to shut down.......

The reason you can turn the thermostat to almost the off position and it still freezes is the failed thermostat , its located in the small control box number 17 in the breakdown .
mostat , the thermostat is located in the fridge section number .
