Customer:

Not able to attach pic

Customer:

base has not fallen down completely

Customer:

but it is wobbling...not steady

Customer:

I can hold the base for intance

Customer:

but once I have to put the top on, I have to let go

Customer:

of the base and then I do not have a hold

Randy 43 :

ive had the same issue , you need to get a small pic with a little hook or angle on it ,position the burner over top of the base ,put the pic thru the center of the burner and grab the base with it and pull up slightly to get one screw started and then that screw will pull the base up ,or try the same thing without the burner in place and it may pull up enough to stay up high enough to get a screw started ,,am i making sense?

Randy 43 :

or try a coat hanger and make a angled end on it to grab a ridge of the base

Customer:

yes you make sense...I am going to try it

Customer:

may take a bit

Randy 43 :

no problem

Customer:

u can check in after say 15 mins..
