Hi, I have an early '90's Jenn Air Convection oven. Model W156W Run 03 SN 219142FD.
The digital display is out. Oven still works, but.......... So, I guess the controler has developed a bug. I notice there is top board that is attached to the lower board with four clips. I'm pretty handy, but troubleshooting spent resistors and soldering them back is a bit beyond my capacity. The part numbers are on the boards. I supose the one that runs the display needs replacing and I can do that. Can you advise?

THis is a vary common problem for this model, everything works but the display is dim or completely out, SOme people have good luck resoldering all the connections between the clock and the board fixing this problem, however most do not and have to replace it, you can click on the blue link below to order this part for your unit..
