Unfortunately this is a faulty display board if you're sure you're getting proper power to the oven. There are no cut outs or fuses that will stop the display from illuminating if the interior lights are still coming on when you open the door. If the lights are turning on, then your refrigerator is definitely getting 120 volts and you'll need to replace the board. The part number you'd need to order and replace isNNN-NN-NNNNand it costs about $150 or so.
