Customer Question

Good Morning! Our ice maker is not producing ice, and hasn't been for about 2 weeks. We thought it may have been our water filter, but I just replaced the water filter and still nothing. Help!

Does the icemaker have any ice in the mold ?or is it just empty.

It's just empty...

ok so that tells me it is not an icemaker issue but a water inlet valve issue (not letting water into the icemaker ) to make ice

CLICK HERE for part info this is mounted on the rear of the unit .

Remember to turn the water supply off to the unit first .the lije lock into place on the old and new valve to disconnect push the linje into the valve on the valve is a collar hold that collar down and pull the line out .to install the line just push in and then a slight tug to lock them into the new valve .
