okay carefully put this in spin and without getting your fingers near any moving parts of the motor pull the motor towards you and see if it starts to spin without issue.does it get going then ? Are they on?Is the pump nearly all the way to the right, tightening the drive belt?Does the large belt move in both directions manually?Kelly41407.9227962037 The top belt should be much thicker than the belt that drives the pump.

On the bottom of the front panel, about 6" in from each side, is a clip, one on each side. Slide a putty knife between the front panel and each clip and the front panel will pull out and down to come off. Once it has been removed, so you see an oily looking spray around the inner cabinet at about the same level as the bottom of the tub?
That is correct, the center seal begins to leak and slowly progresses until it rusts the tub bearing and seizes. The bearing and stem kit will need to be replaced. The parts you need are available below as well as a video to help you install those parts! Please let me know if you have additional questions or need clarification.
