Yes it is an electric Dryer, and I want to convert it to LPG gas

Sr. the GE dryer is electric, now and I want to converted to LPG

okay well they don't make a conversion kit from electric to gas unfortunately. even if you were to buy all the parts needed to do that it would cost you more than a brand new machine. I thought you wanted to convert from natural gas to lp. sorry.

is it any place where they sell used or refurbish dryers?

to be honest I wouldn't know. you could call local appliance repair shops and they could most likely tell you where in your area.
