okay well this could be either the keypad cable, (the one that runs between the control and the glass keypad) or the keypad is bad.unfortunately. the keypad is number on the diagram at this link. check for a loose cable first.

I have pulled the cable and checked for loose connection and nothing loose. Is this cable the same as the one for the lower oven?

boy thats a tough one. they don't show much on this. the parts list don't show it either. can you see them both ?

yes. i can see both and just switched them and still receive the same error message.
