I have a 1 yr old 4000 series washer, it stopped during cycle, has no power and door is locked. have power threw first component inside rear cover ( looks like a relay) any leads?

The first component inside the washer should be the noise filter in the back right corner. Follow the wires off the noise filter to the control board on the front right corner and test the wires for 120 volts. Do you have a 120 volts to the central control unit?
