Hello. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. I will be helping you with your question today.

Take the lower back panel off. Look at the compressor. Is there a white box connected to the side of it?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Theres a 2"x3" black box directly connected to the compressor or a 6"x6" grey box off to the side.

Is the compressor warm?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I didn't have it turned on, shall I?

Turn it on and see if the compressor vibrates and gets warm.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

no, nothing

Did the fan kick on next to the compressor?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Ok then you have a bad compressor. This is not a do it yourself repair. The repair will cost about 600 dollars.
