The water dispensor no longer providing water. What should I do?
Hello. Thank you for choosing Just Answer. I will be helping you with your question today.

Pull the grill off the bottom of the fridge. Then look under the freezer door. You will see a connector on the water line. Disconnect the connector. Now try to dispense water. Do you get water out of the line you just disconnected?

I got water out of the line. Next step?

Ok this means the water line is frozen in the freezer door. The water line runs from the freezer door hinge to the dispenser. You will need to heat up the door to thaw the line. it is hard to say where it is frozen for sure but I would try using a hair dryer just under the dispenser. I have ran into some lines that have taken over an hour to thaw.
