My ge precise simmer gas stovetop ignition is going on its own. All the knobs are in the off position. I can email you a video. Help!
do you have a model number so I can better assist you ? have you cleaned to top or the control area before this started?

Model #JGP626. No we did not clean it before this started.
okay, do you remember if all the igniters click on all the burners when lighting just one or did only the one click ?

All of them.

okay. the problem is the spark module. see attached file. the spark module need to be replaced. in the meantime theres not much ypou can do but unplug the unit. its not something you can press a button and shut it off unfortunately. heres a link to the part. http://www.rxx hope this helps. thanks, Bryan
