The motorized vac head cuts out while in use. If I bump it

Customer Question

The motorized vac head cuts out while in use. If I bump it slightly on either end it usually starts up again.Obviously there is some sort of poor connection or shorting happening. I
need direction in how to pursue solution.

I would use an ohm meter and check for continuity through each wire in the vac head. If you can find a wire that will not give a reading replace it. Make sure all connections are secure and clean. Most likely there is a broken/cut wire. Let me know if you can't find anything and I will try to find a schematic for your unit that we may be able to test for voltages. Thanks for your question and have a great day.
