We have a norcold refridgerator in our motorhome. Tonight

Customer Question

We have a norcold refridgerator in our motorhome. Tonight when I opened the door I noticed it was not cold. After looking at the controls I saw there was nothing light indicating that it was getting gas or AC. I chedked all fuses and they are good. All connections have not been touched. What or were can I check?

Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer.

Most Norcold units have fuses on the main control boards located at the back of the unit.

To be sure I provide you with accurate information I will need the units model number, please.

Model 1200LRIMD..ther is no fuse on inside pannel...just circuitboard

The main control board (or power board if you like) is at the back of the unit. There should be an access hatch on the outside of your motorhome. Looking at the back of the unit there is a small black box to the left hand side. It is held on by 2 or 3 1/4" hex head screws. Remove the screws and the fuse is on the board. There should be two of them. One spade type and a regular glass tube type.

Check or relace both. If the unit still will not operate just let me know and we can go from there. .
