If the microwave is brand new, I'd recommend calling warranty to have the unit repaired or call a dealer to replace the unit.

There are fuses inside the microwave that you could replace if you wanted, but you'll void your warranty if you take the microwave apart which is why if you're certain it's getting power and you've tried other outlets and it won't light up, it's best to just call warranty.
