when should condenser fan motor come on?refrigerator runs but fan does not.replaced motor,but still does not come on.

You are talking about the condenser fan motor not the evaporator fan motor correct? The condenser fan motor is the one down back by the compressor. The condenser fan motor should run any time when the compressor is turned on.

You'll need to check power to the fan to see if you're getting 120 volts when it should be running. If it is, then replace the fan motor because it's bad from the factory. If it's not getting 120 volts between the 2 wires going to the fan motor then you have a broken wire somewhere. Test each wire (the 2 that plug into the condenser fan motor) to ground and see if you have 120 volts or not. This will let you know if you have a broken power wire (which comes from the defrost timer), or a broken neutral wire.
