Robert :

Hello.

Robert :

When it finishes the cycle, is it completely empty?

Customer:

yes it is

Robert :

Ok.

Robert :

That is a sure sign of a failing water valve.

Robert :

It is pretty easy to replace. I can get you the part number and a breakdown if you would like to do it yourself.

Customer:

thanks Robert please do that

Robert :

The valve is part number 2-5613 in the picture. It is attached to the part labeled 2-12812 in the pic. Remove the screw from the 2-12812 and the whole assembly will pull out. You will be able to detach the wires and hose and install the new part there.

Robert :

The part number is XXXXX You can order it by calling 800/291-4610. If you call within the next hour it will get shipped out today OR you can try a local supplier.

Customer:

Thanks again this was EASY good job!
