Hi my name isXXXXX will try to help you with your issue. The only button that does respond is the cancel and drain button and all the other buttons do not work. You have power from the mother board to the control if one button is working so the control panel is bad. You can try turning power off to the dishwasher and opening up the control panel and checking/cleaning the ribbon that connects the two together but chances are the control panel will need to be replaced. You can get inside the control by removing all the screws that are on the inside door panel.

How can we clean the ribbon with what? What part do we need to order to replace the control panel? Doyou have a part number and how do you disassemble and reassemble the control panel?

Just a damp cloth for cleaning the ribbon. What is the color of the control panel? Unplug the unit and remove the screws on the inside portion of the door panel, open the door and look inside, all those screws come out. Once you have those removed the control panel comes right off and the rest is easy. There is a plastic cover over the mother board and that pops off look for the markings and slide a flat screw driver down to release the tabs, remove the ribbon from the connector on the board. Once you get it open you will see it's not hard to do at all.
