Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

You can replace the ligh bulb yourself if you're handy, but you'll need to remove the entire microwave if it's installed in a cabinet. There are 5 screws around the outer edge on the back of the microwave. Remove these screws (one or two of them will require a size T-20 safety torx bit). Once all the screws are removed, you can pull the outer shell of the microwave straight back, up, and off. Now you can unscrew the light bulb and replace it once the outer shell if off.
