just one burner does this ?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Actually, recently another burner will turn off (loose gas but electric start begins to click) when the burner has been on for a while and is turned right down. Both these burners are ones that have settings that allow the burner to come on and off.

okay, the solenoid for the burners is what causing that, these are what open and close for the gas. you would need a technician to replace these however, its part of the gas system.
