Welcome....I see this is a older unit..Which can be part of the cause..Most common cause of what you are describing is a faulty thermostat...The thermostat controls the oven temperature depending upon the oven setting..It has a probe which is the sensing device that regulates the temperature to the thermostat gas valve..On the newer ovens the sensor is separate from the thermostat..On yours you will need to replace the complete thermostat #3...The best way to test would be to purchase a oven thermometer..Set it in the stove..Run the stove then compare the temperature of the thermometer to the set temperature on the thermostat dial...CLICK HERE FOR THERMOSTAT

The thermostat is part behind the knob you turn to set the oven temperature..
