I HAVE A GE MODEL # XXXXX THAT WILL NOT AGITATE. I ALREADY CHANGED OUT THE AGITATOR COUPLING KIT. WHAT ELSE SHOULD I LOOK AT?

You changed the drive block? Or otherwise known As the drive Bell ?

yes I changed out the drive block

okay does the motor run in agitate?

the only thing it does is spins when it should be agitating.

Follow the outer tub is moving when this is supposed to be agitating? That's not good. You have a bad transmission, that's a lot of money and a lot of labor to replace, I wish I had better news but unfortunately there is a lock inside the transmission that locks the outer tub and puts this into agitate it's broken and they don't sell parts to repair the transmission itself you would need to replace it sorry for the bad news, thanks, Bryan
