My Magic Chef electric oven stopped working suddenly. I gets power (the oven light still comes on), but does not heat - no oven, no heating elements. Any suggestions? It's about 15 years old and the model number is XXXXX
Hello I'm Larry and will be helping you so please stay on line with me until we finish, i will try not to take up to much time ,, thanks

can you please recheck the model number for me and does this one have dials of the oven or touch pad?

Dials on the front. This was the only number I saw on it, but I'll check again.
does the clock have a start and a stop time on it?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.

Okay, found the right model number: 6651XUS

Serial #: 13526538MD

Clock is pretty straight forward. Seems to only be a timer with buttons to set the clock and an alarm. I did think of this, but since I never use this part, assumed since it doesn't affect the burners, that couldn't be it.
thank you ,, does the top burners still work ok?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
No, nothing heats. The clock and oven light come on, but the burners and oven do not come on.
so the top 4 burners does not heat either?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
the problem is the power, the lights and clock will work if its getting 110 volts but it has to get 220 volt for the burners and the oven to work, go to the breaker box, turn off the breaker to the range, count to 30 and flip back on hard and try the range
