when starting machine it made a small groan sound the then it would stop and the f and h would flash..tried to reset and it still does the same thing

Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX forward to helping you today.

F/H means no water detected entering the machine or pressure switch trip not detected, if after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering the machine the valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.

If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 min. the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it but is not detected the pressure switch trip the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Press pause/cancel twice to clear the display. The most common reason for your failure code is your pump trap is clogged, on these machines they have a pump trap on the pump itself if these get clogged the water doesn't drain correctly which will not trip the pressure switch, what you need to do is clean the pump trap first before anything else. I am including a video to show you how to get to the pump trap, the video is actually how to replace the pump but it will show you how to get to it the trap itself you unscrew, here's the video, clean the trap and replace it and try the machine again, caution there will be water so have some towels ready stop up the water unscrew the cap slow to let the water, before removing the trap, let me know how that works, thanks, Bryan

Ran one cycle, started beeping approx 10 minutes into, started again and it completed the cycle. Attempted another cycle. Again beeped just into cycle. Canceled and have attempted to restart cycle, rinse and spin, also drain and spin. Same F H error each time.
okay you have a bad water level control (pressure switch) can you send me the full model # ? I will be out until after lunch today so I will respond when I get back in the office, thanks Bryan

Model number is XXXXX Per the instructions, it says to push the accept answer button when I have the answer. Won't I be charged each time I click the button? Thank you!
Okay I just got back. You need to replace your water level pressure switch, this is it, you have to take the top of the machine off to get to it so if the dryer is on top you going to need to remove that. There are screws along the back holding that top-down remove the screws and slide the top back and off this will be located in the right corner towards the top on the side of the machine inside under the top you can order this at the following link, when you have accept you will only be charged once you have it except yet so you haven't been charged the only money you have been charged is your deposit and once you have accept they will use that to pay me with, thanks so much and if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to come back and ask there's no additional charge that, Bryan
