Resolved Question:

I have a Jenn-air gas cook top that is appx.7 years old. Two of the on/off switches will not move. They appear to be stuck down. I have pulled them off and reattached them but they still will not turn. Please advise.

okay , the problem is the gas valve assemblies will need to be replaced, this must by done by a qualified gas tech, its dangerous to replace these yourself they need to be leak tested after replacement. its the only thing that can be done to repair this, these are around $90.00 each plus service and labor, hope this helps, thanks Bryan
