these machines are a pain to work on, its either the counterweight on the tub or the snubber is bad, the counterweight is part # XXXXX on this diagram and the snubber isn't even shown on the diagrams, my advice and hate to tell someone this but a tech is the best option for you, taking these machines apart is difficult.

The counter weight appears to be in great shape and is securly attached. Where are the snubbers located or what else could be the problem?

is this level ? try tapping the self leveling legs in the back and see if there loose and drop down, just tip the machine forward and tap them with a hammer then set the machine back down.

Ther are no self leveling legs. (individual screw type legs)
