I have a Whirlpool WMH2175XVS-1 over-the-range microwave that has quit working. Am trying to remove it but cannot get it to come free of the wall-mount. Can someone Help Me Please!!
My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you today. Please remember, I do not get paid for my time and expertise until you accept. There is nothing else that holds that microwave in, besides the two bolts. You should just be able to pull down on the front of the microwave then lift it off the bracket in the back. Sometimes they can get stuck and need a little pressure to get them loose.
