My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be helping you today. Please remember, I do not get paid for my time and expertise until you accept. An F7 code indicates a stuck key on the keypad. You can unplug the range and disconnect ribbon cable from control board and see if the error code goes away. If it does you will need to replace the keypad. If you still get the error code then you have a bad control/clock assembly.

You might try turning off the breaker for a minute or so. Sometimes that can reset the board, but if the error code comes back you have a problem with one of those two components.
