I have a Whirlpool dryer, model # XXXXX I just finished

Customer Question

I have a Whirlpool dryer, model # XXXXX I just finished drying some clothes. I pulled wet clothes from the washer and put into the dryer. Set the time and pushed the start button. Nothing happened. I can hear a clikcing noise, but no drying action takes place. I turned the knob to off and the clicking action stops.
