I have GE front load washer WSSH300G1WW and after a recent lightening surge the washer AND my matching dryer Model DSXH47EG1WW are non functional despite verifying power is availabe to them.

Is there a reset button? Or a fuse link on them?

Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX forward to helping you today.

The washer won't have a fusible link in it, control board has fried in it,

the dryer the dryer however has a thermal fuse that may be the issue you would need to test that with a voltmeter to see though, it still could be the control board on the dryer also, your homeowners insurance should cover this, there is no simple reset button on these so you will definitely need service, hope this helps though, thanks, Bryan
