I have a GE Monogram Refrigerator model ZIS480D that was purchased

Resolved Question:

I have a GE Monogram Refrigerator model ZIS480D that was purchased in 2005. It makes a loud clicking noise about every 20 minutes that lasts a few seconds. It is operating fine other than the annoying clicking sound.

Is this noise coming from the top compressor fan area?
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Hard to tell for sure. Sounds like it may be coming from the bottom or back.
Expert:  Appliance Medic replied 5 years ago.
The noise is the relay on the control #703 in this link click here its actually a very common issue on these units. You can order and replace it if you are handy. If not, I would call for service it can be a bit tricky replacing the board.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Where is the board located and does it come with instructions on how to replace it. I am in the average DIY category if I have good instructions and can easily get to where I need to work.

Its located up by the compressor. You need to remove the top access cover and you will see it on the left. It has all plug and play connections and is straight forward to replace.

I see it thanks. Last question before I "accept". Since the part is $161+, what is your confidence level that this will fix the problem? Sorry for asking that, but this is the first time I have used this service.
