Hi....Bob here... I see you are having a problem with your fridge..The dispenser is powered by wire harness going through the door at the bottom hinge...Allot of times the wires can break Or the plastic plug can be faulty.First take a flashlight .Check the wires ..If ok remove the plug take some wire cleaner clean the plug out..Do this with the power off...There will be times where you might have to remove the plug then connect each wire with a wire connector.

how do you check the wires from the front?
Expert:  Bob L Your Appl Pal replied 6 years ago.
The wiring will be at the bottom hinge of the freezer door..Remove the front kick panel..You will see the wires underneath at the hinge.

I have checked the wires and they seem OK. what would be next?
Expert:  Bob L Your Appl Pal replied 6 years ago.
Disconnect and reconnect the wiring at the plastic connector..

I did that before several times. Is there a fuse or anyything else to try
Expert:  Bob L Your Appl Pal replied 6 years ago.
No fuse..If you have verified the wiring to be ok. at the connector. Then most likely the main control board is faulty..This is a common problem with this unit..Have you noticed in the past if the lights would dim once you use the dispenser..?
