ok then that means that your electronic water valve is just sticking open sometimes. The valve will need to be ordered and replaced to fix the issue. Below is a link tot he part you'll need to order and replaced.

The valve is located on the back of the refrigerator and it's the part that the water supply hose from the house itself is connected to on the back of the refrigerator itself.
