i have a ge refrigerator model #tfx22sr which is side be side.

i have a ge refrigerator model #tfx22sr which is side be side. When dispensing ice from the ice maker and being in a cube mode, the ice will come out with some cubes (few) and chrushed ice at the same time. i am mr fixit by trade but don't have any specs or info on how to correct or repair......Help

You need to check the Rod that runs down the side of the auger assembly, these bend and this is what makes it change from Cubed to Crushed ice, it's the one that runs down the side of the auger and goes into the hole in the back of the freezer where the solenoid is, most likely this Rod is bent slightly, try adjusting the Rod until you get it working correctly,
