My dryer lint trap is not collecting any lint and my clothes are not drying

This would indicate an air flow issue. The most common issue when this happens is the vent in the wall becomes clogged. The vent behind the dryer being kinked could also cause this issue.

I would first inspect the vent hose on the rear of the dryer. If the vent hose on the rear checks good, you will need to have a dryer vent cleaner come to your home to clean the dryer vent.

When this issue happens you could also notice longer dry times than normal, say 2 timed dry cycles to dry jeans and towels.
