I have an Amana model TX18VL. The wire shelf in the freezer

This answer was rated:

I have an Amana model TX18VL. The wire shelf in the freezer frequently falls out of the support slots molded into the freezer sides. It appears that over time the sidewalls have been compressed. Any ideas?
Hi....Bob here... I see you are having a problem with your freezer..

Yes, the shelf periodically falls out of it's slots. You indicated that you needed more information, but I can't seem to read what info you need.
Take a heat gun..Heat the area around the molded sides..Take a pair of pliers and a clean rag..Pull out on the molded shelf..Let it cool off....The side will stay in place as it cools..The trick is to not get the surface to hot to where the plastic will melt.
