I have a double wall oven model RBD275PDS15 and the touch pad

Customer Question

I have a double wall oven model RBD275PDS15 and the touch pad just went blank....5 years old. The light in the oven touch pad works ...everything else is out although the buttons on the touch pad respond with a beep when pressed nothing seems to respond... can I replace the touch pad? What are the steps? Thanks Ross

what are the steps to replacing the control board?

Expert:  Appliance Man replied 6 years ago.
Open the lower door and remove the 2 screws by the hinges. The pull out on the bottom of the side trim and pull down to remove it. Now remove the screws in the bottom of the control panel on the sides. Lift up on the control panel. Unscrew the control board from the back of the control panel and disconnect the wires.
