Water Supply Error occurs when water level frequency does not show changes more than 100Hz or water is not supplied up to the preset water level after 10 Minutes or more at the time of initial water supply. The error status can be cleared by turning the POWER switch OFF and back ON.

Tried that already, off and on again but the error message keeps coming, the water also is not filling up the wash tub enough, it start flowing when I press start and stops a few seconds later...

Ok try this.

Either lower pressure from mains supply or blocked (inline filter) in the end of the inlet solenoid valve. Failing that it could be the (flow control device) which sends the signal to the programmer or the programmer is faulty.
Try filling the appliance manaully through the dispenser and see if it runs through a cycle. Don't put anything in the drum just run it empty with water in it.
