My clock is displaying FO which according to the manual means that the touch pad is stuck in a depressed position. How do I "unstick it". I think it's a 2002, model #ERD30S06CH.

You can't unstick the touch button unfortunately. You can try to unplug the unit or turn the circuit breaker off for 60 seconds to see if the electronics will reset, but if the F0 error comes back, you'll need to replace the touchpad which is usually a $250 part.
