Hi, my name is Farrell & I will be helping you with your problem today.Thank You for using just answer.
what I'd like for you to do, is get a shallow cake pan. At the bottom of the front of your washer is a filter assy. Put the pan upto and underneath. If you don't see the filter, you'll have to remove the kickplate. Held in place by 3 screws on the bottom. Now, slowly unscrew the filter counterclockwise until water starts to come out. When pan is fairly full, empty and repeat process until no more water comes out. Go ahead and unscrew all the way and pull out of machine. If you find debris, clean and reinstall, snuggly. Reinstall kickplate if you had to remove it. Let me know how this works out for you? Model number sticker looking at front of machine, is on right side of cabinet wall down at the bottom in the front. Hope this helps and have a good day.
