Is your door cam still in place? This is also called a door closer cam, this is located between the hinge in the door is it broken or missing?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
I don't see anything that looks like that. When I searched the parts list for my refrig, it does not state that this part is included. So I am confused.

Okay you door does have the cam set up it's part number 16 on this diagram,it is on the bottom hinge between the door in the hinge, you need to see if this is missing or broken, also is the door hitting the bottom of the inside of the refrigerator when it closes?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Okay, I think I found it. I'm not sure if the door is hitting the bottom of the inside of the refrigerator. The door doesn't close tightly and then drifts open.
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
Okay you need to replace that part I showed you, you can order this @ link for $10.25, this should take care of your issue, you will need to remove the door to do this, hope this helps, thanks, Bryan
